The City of Toronto is committed to providing the best information service to residents. With increasing reliance on internet-based information, the City website at www.toronto.ca plays an important role. There you can find updates on events, services, programs and City business. The website is also an excellent source of Information on traffic and transportation, including maps. Even more information is available through the Links page.
The City continues to upgrade its information services. The new "3-1-1" Customer Service Strategy is scheduled for activation in Summer 2005. The "3-1-1" will further expand Access, including even more comprehensive assistance and the initiation of service requests. Questions are always welcome at my office at 416-395-6408 or councillor_jenkins@toronto.ca
